Social Room

The Social Room is a member only establishment.
It's a great place for members and their guests to visit and socialize. The Social Room is not open to the general public however guests are permitted provided they are accompanied by a member and sign the guest book. (see bottom of page for more details). This is a non-smoking establishment.

The Social Room is a member only establishment.
It's a great place for members and their guests to visit and socialize. The Social Room is not open to the general public however guests are permitted provided they are accompanied by a member. Limit, two guests per member per night. Note, the same guest cannot enter more than three times. After the third visit, the guest cannot enter unless he or she signs up to become a member.

How can you become a member of VFVFCo?
First you'll need to find a friend or relative who is a current member and ask them to bring you in as a guest. Fill out a membership form, ask the person who brought you in to sign it as your sponsor and turn it in along with the membership fee for the current year. Once your application is processed and you are voted in, you will receive your membership card in the mail. Membership runs from January 1 to December 31.

How can you renew your membership?
Membership fees are due January 1 of each year. Typically, membership cards are available for renewal starting in December in the Social Room. Membership fees must be paid by January 31 to avoid late penalty charges. Any member that does not renew their membership by September will be dropped from social membership.
