Early Sunday morning, Valley Forge crews were alerted to assist Jefferson Fire Company at a house fire on Sterigere St. Engine 68-1 responded with a crew of five and arrived to act as the rapid intervention team on scene. Crews operated on scene for an hour before being released by command.

This is one of four calls Valley Forge volunteers responded to in the previous 12 hours.
