Eric Carrington
April 29, 1979 - January 26, 2010



It is with great sadness and regret that the officers and active members of the Valley Forge Volunteer Fire Company announce the sudden passing of active firefighter and dear friend, Eric Carrington.

Firefighter Eric Christopher Carrington, 30, of Valley Forge, PA, died on Tuesday January 26, 2010.


Born in Feasterville, PA, he was the son of Janice Byrne Carrington of Valley Forge, PA, and the late Christopher Cunnane and loving brother of Lisa Carrington of Valley Forge, PA.


Eric was a graduate of Archbishop Carroll High School and a graduate of the University of South Carolina.


He was Vice President of Operations for a design and manufacturing company. He was a volunteer Fire Fighter for three years at Valley Forge Volunteer Fire Company.


Eric was buried on Monday February 1, 2010 at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Phoenixville, PA.


Eric was a great asset to the fire company and community, he will be truly missed.
