68 Engine and Tanker Assist 61 at Kitchen Fire

On Friday, June 19, 2009, at 08:47, station 68 was dispatched to assist Kimberton Fire Company, station 61,for a fire in a dwelling.  Engine 68-5 and Tanker 68 responded to assist 61 units along with Engine 65 and Ladder 65 from Phoenixville FD.  When crews arrived they found fire in the kitchen and quickly knocked it down. After overhaul in the kitchen and ventilation throughout the house,  the crews from Station 68 were released at approximately 10:15.
