On Saturday, February 9, 2008, a soup sale was held by the fire company Auxiliary. A lot of hard work by members of the Auxiliary went into preparing the delicious homemade soups. On the menu was Chicken Corn Noodle, Vegetable and Maryland Crab soups along with some fantastic Chili. Their efforts were a huge success selling a total of 123 quarts of soup. By the end of the day all the soup was sold out. Thanks to all that participated.
